My Story
My name is Zacharoula Zymboulaki Peratikou. I was born in Famagusta and studied civil engineering at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. I worked as a structural engineer in many of Cyprus’s biggest companies and managed various significant projects such as the structural design of Nicosia General Hospital. I also have over 25 years of experience as a business executive and human resource manager, ensuring the smooth operation of a business employing over 80 individuals. In my work, I have always prioritised staff well-being, in conjunction with the demands of the company. I encouraged positive working relationships between staff and fostered a safe working environment, contributing to the company's development.
I love music and, apart from studying piano for 10 years, I also acquired a music theory diploma (Harmony) from the Greek Conservatory in Athens.
After many years in demanding corporate environments, I came to realise that true fulfilment lies in meaningful work centred on people and their development. My passion for human growth inspired me to redefine my professional direction.
I began my formal training in Coaching through the E-learning programme of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, initially obtaining the Certificate in Coaching (AC Accredited). I then progressed to the Diploma in Coaching (AC Accredited) and subsequently completed the Corporate Coaching: Executive Coaching and Mentoring qualification (AC Accredited), all recognised by the Association for Coaching (UK).
Building on this foundation, I became a Certified Trainer by the Cyprus Human Resource Development Authority (HRDA). My academic journey continued with the completion of a Master’s degree in Education Management, which further strengthened my expertise in leadership, organisational development, and educational systems.
Characteristics that describe me are authenticity, honesty, and perseverance. In my sessions, I approach each client with respect and genuine interest, prioritising their personal and professional growth.
On a corporate level, I use structured training tools and methodologies to cultivate positive and productive work environments where individuals can recognise and maximise their strengths, contributing to both organisational success and personal achievement.
On a personal level, I provide tailored frameworks focused on growth, resilience, and goal attainment, empowering individuals to overcome challenges and lead meaningful, fulfilling lives.
